The Custodian position offers an annual salary starting at $37,190.40 with opportunity for growth up to $44,428.80. This is a full-time job with scheduled hours Monday through Thursday from 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Friday hours from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. You will enjoy excellent benefits including vacation, sick leave, holidays, and retirement options. A high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license are required. The role may require occasional overtime.
Responsabilidades diarias
This job involves keeping public buildings and grounds clean, safe, and welcoming for staff and visitors. Daily tasks include dusting furniture, washing windows, vacuuming, sweeping, emptying trash, and sanitizing restrooms. Custodians are also responsible for securing the building, moving furniture, setting up meeting spaces, and assisting with routine maintenance. You’ll report to the Facility Services Supervisor and sometimes work as part of a mobile crew.
